Cuddle Time

My friend, Kim, asked me to make her little guy a blanket with ribbons for his curious little fingers. He loved the soft fabric and the neat textures from the ribbons during their drive to Florida. This cuddle blanket is 12"x12" and has 20 different ribbons attached. The pattern of the blankets is the same on both sides.
